Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order! If there is an issue, please contact us at allison@fable-forge.us within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted on eligible non-final-sale items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Made-to-order items
  • Mystery boxes or bundles
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Limited/seasonal releases

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging

We will work quickly to replace or refund damaged/incorrect items.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us if further assistance is needed.
