Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and packed within 2–5 business days.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.
During shop launches, convention weekends, holidays, or high-volume sales periods, processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience as each order is prepared with care.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or offered at flat rate based on your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Delivery estimates provided by USPS or other carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for postal carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
Packages returned due to insufficient or incorrect address information may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with filing a carrier claim.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
